ENTERING: Sweepstakes begins January 1, 2015 and ends August 31, 2015. Eligible participants are automatically entered with the purchase of an AHLA membership.  Eligible participants may also send a self addressed, stamped envelope to the AHLA C/O Dream Lease Sweepstakes Entry at 10412 Allisonville Rd., Suite 102, Fishers, IN 46060.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S. and Canadian citizens only, AHLA employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Void where prohibited by law including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other commonwealths, territories and possessions. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method.

PRIZES: The winner(s) will receive one of several listed prizes. Prizes will be awarded in reverse order ending with grand prize. No other prize substitutions allowed. Prizes are non-transferable.

WINNING: Winners will be selected by random electronic drawing from all eligible entries conducted by the AHLA, as the administrator of the Sweepstakes, on or about September 4, 2015 at American Hunting Lease Association’s Office in Fishers, Indiana. Winner need not be present to win. Official notice to winner will be sent by traceable method of delivery, return receipt requested. The selected prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification. If the prize is not claimed, it will be awarded in a subsequent random electronic drawing. If prize(s) is unclaimed by second winner it will remain unawarded. All taxes are sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. To receive the prize, winner must sign an Affidavit of Authorization and Release, including consent to use of name, photo, likeness and city and state of residence by Sponsors for the purpose of advertising, publicity and promotion without additional compensation or permission unless prohibited by law. This Affidavit of Authorization and Release must be notarized.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL RULES: Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to modify, terminate or suspend all or portion of this sweepstakes should non-authorized human interference, fraud, printing errors, Internet viruses, hackers or other causes beyond the control of the sponsor corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper operation of this sweepstakes. Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, late or illegible entries. Sponsors are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of prize(s) or participation in this sweepstakes. Information provided for this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
