Vigo County Indiana Hunting Lease

Here's a couple of easy to hunt farms in a good area that produces big deer. The West Property has one main drainage with cover on both sides is a perfect travel corridor for deer moving between wood lots. The drainage is an elevated levee where you could just set a ground blind and pretty much cover the whole farm with a rifle. There's a lake to the South that will funnel the deer at the levee giving you an easy shot. Landowner lives close by and farms this property so they will be keeping an eye on it while you are not there. Access is from the North East or from the entire West side. I really feel like this farm could be a sleeper with the quality deer that this area holds and how easy the farm will hunt. The East farm has access along the West and South Sides giving you good access for multiple winds. A nice half mile long strip of timber will provide a great traveling corridor for those bucks cruising between wood lots during the rut. There is also a nice filter strip running through the Northern section of the farm that the landowner says is loaded with deer during the winter when all the surrounding areas cover is gone. **Responsible ATV/UTV use ok for hunting purposes only** **There is no access to the lake on the West Lease**
