Sullivan County Indiana Hunting Lease
If you have been looking for a great waterfowl spot in Indiana, then this could be it. I was able to get pictures of a couple different groups of ducks and geese but there was way more there than what I got pictures of and they continued to fly over the entire time I was inspecting the property. This area has always been known to have a lot of birds year after year and that was definitely true when I was there. Even though this is a great waterfowl property I think you will have a good chance at taking some nice deer and turkey here as well. Four different lakes on this property with the largest being 13 acres, and there is a 35-acre lake adjoining to the south that should be a good draw as well. Gated access from the West and East sides and the soil and terrain on this lease make access easy and you should be able to drive your gear to each lake without any issues. You really don't get opportunities at good Indiana waterfowl leases that often, don't let this one get by. The day of inspection there were both deer and quail using the fence rows for the cover they provide. This area around Terre Haute doesn't have a lot of cover, but this farm has just enough to give you a chance at a harvest. During the early deer season while crops are still in this farm should hold some decent deer numbers.
