Stephens County Oklahoma Hunting Lease

This property is a mix of timber, heavy cover, crp and ponds. West side of property is heavily wooded with lots of timber. Lots of places to stick a stand on this property to hunt many different directions. Lots of heavy cover to lose a deer also. East part of property is open with timber scattered along the east boundary with big draw full of timber. This should be a great place to harvest a good deer. Really nice place. There's a good pond that would make a good waterfowl place down in the timber, plus couple more ponds, maybe good place to get a wood duck or two. Don't let this one slip by you, it should be a great lease. There were tracks everywhere with several turkey tracks and hog tracks also. Stands, feeders and blinds all welcome. Cattle on the property. No camping allowed on this property. Four wheelers allowed for hanging stands and feeders and retrieving game. Not far from town. Landowner would like for the hunters to notify them by text when there hunting for safety reasons
