A nice little lease located in a great area for wildlife in Indiana. Perry County is always a good producer for deer harvest in Indiana and has some great bucks in it. The day of inspection I saw deer and turkey both on this property. Access is from the South via a private road and parking is limited to one vehicle at the South East corner of the lease. You enter this property from the high side which is great for stand access and playing the wind. Deer should be bedded down below row crops and will never know you are there. The fields will be planted in a corn/soybean rotation depending on the weather each year.
