There will be some big deer using this farm throughout the season, and during the rut they will definitely be cruising trying to catch a hot doe coming in and out of the large crop fields across the road. The woods are a nice mix of mass-producing trees, cedars and scrub brush with great bedding locations for the deer. This a secluded location just off a lightly traveled gravel road, the deer should feel comfortable here all day.
