76 acres in Marathon County. This is a Deer and Turkey lease only. This property has mostly crop ground leading to some woods on the west end of the lease. Tall grasses, hardwoods, large oaks, and a few apple trees make up the cover portion of the woods. A couple of deer jumped from their beds in the tall grass during my inspection. Trails, tracks, rubs, and beds were all visible during inspection. The crop in 2025 is clover. The woods portion of the property is part of a larger woods and creek area that runs north and south and can provide activity throughout the day, especially during the rut. The west boundary has a fence running along the edge of the lease. Several trees are present for stand locations. Respectful use of ATVs is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. The landowner would like vehicle descriptions and license plate numbers. He would also like contact from the hunters initially. Respect all boundaries. Don’t damage any crops. No tree cutting. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps
