Who are the lucky ones in your group to kill the wall hangers this year? No matter who gets the big bucks, this 280-acre lease will certainly be able to fill everyone’s freezer season to season. The new landowner is already making progress converting the heavy cover of the property into accessible hunting ground. There is now a mostly cleared path of access around the border with many other clearings created for hunting set ups, spotting and shooting, and game retrieval. The only direction you cannot get into the property is from the South, however, hunters can enter the southern boundary from either the West or East ends of the lease. There is a dirt road along the Northern border running from one end of the section to the other. From the northern dirt road, there is limited property view as the rolling crop ground hides most of the property from road traffic view. This lease will offer hunters fantastic hunting from the start to finish of the deer season. Early in archery season, hunters can sneak in next to bedding areas, water sources, or a bean field edge to check off that challenging September buck kill. In the latest part of the year, they can also enjoy watching over frozen crop ground as those leftover bucks step out with the rest of the deer herd (Counting 50+ deer on a field is my favorite kind of deer hunting).
