Greene County Indiana Hunting Lease
I know that there's not a lot of cover on this farm, but this area is very secluded and full of deer. Every year this part of Greene County kicks out some nice bucks and you never know what is going to come cruising up one of these drainage ditches during the rut. I jumped a covey of quail and saw 2 toms strutting up on the hill the day of inspection. Parking is on the South East corner but you can access the farm from 3 sides via the roads that surround it. This hunting lease is located less than 2 miles from Goose Pond Fish and Wildlife area and there's good lodging within 10 minutes. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only. *A maximum of 15 quail per year can be harvested off this lease.

Here's a nice little secluded lease in Indiana that for the size really has some good potential. There were lots of tracks coming in and out of the crop fields and the woods had a lot of good rubs in them. Easy access via a County Road on West and South side that gets hardly any traffic on it at all. The small wood lot in the back is a great pinch to catch them coming across the big open crop fields during the rut. This is the first piece of cover for any deer coming out of the North and West that would be heading for the thick cover back behind this lease. Plenty of good trees for stands in woods and along river. This would be a great spot for a decoy during bow season.
