I really liked this 80 acre property in northwestern Grant County. Access from both southwestern and southeastern sides of the property into the timbered draw surrounded CRP. The pictures show the property in row crops, but landowner has put all the open ground into CRP. Heavy deer trails on the tops of every ridge I walked and plenty of cover to hold the deer throughout the hunting season. All legal game is yours to hunt. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities okay. Camping and food plots okay with permission from landowner, but are dependent on the terms of the CRP contract. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer landowner who truly wants whoever leases this property to have a great experience on it. CRP is periodically designated for maint that may require to be cut or burned.
