I Looked over this property and observed lots of sign of deer scattered throughout all the alfalfa that is planted on this property. Landowner states the deer hit this field hard all year long. And the number of tracks on this field I believe him. Looks to me they come up the creek from the south end to feed on this field, but he says they come from all around and its nothing to see several deer grazing the alfalfa. Fields will be planted every year if weather permits, but he says he always has this field in alfalfa. He just cut the field so it will be growing back. Stands can be placed on the timber running north to south or a ground blind can be added. Don't miss out on this great small deer lease. Not far from town either. No cattle at time of inspection.
