THE ENGLISH 80 This should make somebody a really nice little hunting spot. Good deer sign was present the day of inspection, including several fresh rubs, and the previous hunters said they saw some really nice bucks, especially early season. Part of the creek has deeper banks than I had anticipated, and there is a crossing on the west end to get to the north side. The owner said he could possibly leave some hay bales on the property for you to use for extra cover. The majority of the property is in crops, but there is a little bit of hay ground in the SW corner, including a grassy driveway into the property.
