Base Camp Leasing has a 26 acre hunting lease available for immediate lease in Chenango County, New York. This hunting lease is located in WMU (7P) and about 75 miles se of Syracuse. I have not had the chance to inspect and get pictures yet. There are 8 acres on west side of road with a small stream running north and south. The west side has 16 acres of woods. There will be some selective logging going on this summer (2023) (not during deer season). ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes only. No Camping. Great area for deer and turkey.

Chenango County New York Hunting Lease
Base Camp Leasing has a 161 acre hunting lease available for immediate lease in Chenango County, New York. This property is located in WMU (7M) and is less than 17 miles from Norwich, New York. The property breaks down into 106 acres of woods and 55 acres of hay/clover. The property has really good access and is relatively flat. The property will hunt deer, turkey and goose. The Balsam Swamp lies just to the south of the property and the geese fly back and forth to the landowner fields. As a bonus you also have over 10,000 acres of state forest on the north and south border. I found my first fresh buck rub of 2019 on this hunting lease. There is selective logging going on in the woods to the north. Selective logging was completed and the landowner had the main logging trail graded for access to the back of the property. I saw many deer tracks crossing this logging trail as I inspected the woods in the north. The woods on the east had many deer trails to include a fresh rub. It gets wet as you move to the east border. You can drive the access road on the south and see a deer highway just west of the small stream that crosses. Geese were in the fields adjacent to this property. The landowner will allow posting of the lease. ATV use and camping are allowed for hunting purposes only.
