This farm is over a mile and a half long from North to South, has a mile of frontage along Brush Creek, over 200' of elevation change and all the right ingredients to hold big deer. I can see this farm as being a really good early season hot spot to kill a velvet buck. Farm is surrounded by big timber, and you have the water and food sources to draw them out. The 30-acre overgrown thicket located in the Northwest section is going to hold some deer. I jumped a whole flock of turkeys out of this the day of inspection and multiple groups of deer. This area is very remote and there's plenty of field that is not visible from any road. The deer will feel very comfortable coming out to feed. Brush Creek runs the entire length and should have bucks cruising it during the rut checking crossings. I really think this farm will be good from the beginning until the end of deer season, and turkey hunting should be great. *Responsible ATV/UTV use ok for hunting purposes only* *Good food and lodging 5 minutes away in Liberty Kentucky*

Here is a great Central Kentucky property. This is a place where a buck can grow old and to its full potential. There are a lot of deer in this area. The trails are beat down to dirt and there is sign all over. I jumped multiple deer out of the lower field and the powerlines the day of inspection. I did see a nice buck sneaking out of the creek bottoms but could not get a picture. There's a lot of hay ground to the North and Crop fields across the Green River to the South. The deer can easily cross the Green River and go straight onto this property. You should be able to catch them going to and from these fields in the mornings and evenings. There is over 300' of elevation change and it is pretty steep. Even with that I think this farm will be easy to hunt. I would have 2 or 3 good bait sites and pull them out of the hills. There are multiple places where you could have a ground blind elevated above the corn piles and beat the wind. There are some good access trails that will let you get bait and deer in and out easily. Landowner lives on site and is going to be great to work with. He would like a text notification when you are coming to the property. *Trail cam photos provided by landowner from his yard* *Responsible ATV/UTV use ok for hunting purposes only* *Good food and lodging 5 minutes away in Liberty* *Please notify Agent when inspecting the property* *Blue Line on Aerial shows access roads* *Green area on aerial photo is a no hunting area around landowner's house*
