100-acre Barron County deer and turkey hunting lease. I have had several quality leases in this part of Barron County. Another property that looks a lot better in person than what the aerial may lead you to believe. I do believe there are stand locations along the northeastern line, southern line and mostly along western and northern side. The blue line on the aerial is your primary access but also an easement for the landowner off the southeastern corner. I did show a picture of their gate and shed at end of this road. There are several grassy waterways that run from east to west that will give you ATV access as well as possible places to park and be off the easement road. This property had a vibe to it and I do believe it will provide some pretty good hunting opportunities at a budget friendly price. This is a deer and turkey hunting lease. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is okay when weather and ground conditions allow. Camping might only be on very northeastern corner but need to vet that with neighbor.
